I had my air conditioning checked and cleaned. The Ibbotson serviceman was excellent! I needed a new filter, he showed me how dirty it was. He took his time to clean my unit. I had so many of those leaves( we call them airplane leaves ) in my unit. He took extra care and even rinsed it out. It is a pleasure to have someone that does such a great job!! I am going to ask for him again, because I could see he loves his job.

Excellent, speedy job installing HVAC (air handler/furnace, rooftop AC and thermostat) system in my condo. Owner stopped by during the job to introduce himself and thank me for my business. Whole project was completed with minimal fuss and did not take the entire day, even though I was told it was possible that it might.

We had one of our furnaces not working properly on an extremely cold day just before Thanksgiving. They responded quickly to see what the problem was, had someone out the next day to install a new furnace. Everyone was polite, did great work, and was there when they said they would be. Last week, on the coldest night of winter so far, my furnace went out. Although they couldn’t come out at night they were kind enough to talk me off the ledge. The next morning, the service man came, and fixed everything up beautifully. The price was reasonable and the service was exemplary. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I had the pleasure of having Dan come out to do a tune up on my a/c unit. He was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and truly took the time explain and walk me through how to change the filter independently, since it is a bit complicated with my unit. He was able to recommend and estimate an alternative for the filter as well. He was personable and I was very impressed with the quality service.
