Last week, on the coldest night of winter so far, my furnace went out. Although they couldn’t come out at night they were kind enough to talk me off the ledge. I am extremely pleased with the installation of a new HVAC system from Ibbotson. From the initial sales call with the owner, Rich, to all of their technicians, this is a high quality company. I had what I thought was a very simple system replacement. After digging in, the Ibbotson team was able to optimize the solution for my home and make some post-installation adjustments that were successful. Our home is far more comfortable than it has been since we moved in. I was presented with several options of new systems and they were all fully explained. They worked with all of the utility rebates to give me a great package. Their pricing is very competitive and their service is superior.
